Scheduling is handled through Headway, where you can book appointments directly through my calendar and set up insurance and billing information.

What to Expect
Our first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will discuss what challenges are bringing you to therapy, talk about your background, and identify goals for treatment.
Over time, sessions begin building on one another as we develop a better understanding of your experiences and the changes you would like to make.
Appointments are typically about one hour long and are conducted through secure telehealth sessions. At the time of your appointment, I will send an email with a Zoom link for joining your session. If possible, I recommend downloading Zoom ahead of time and becoming familiar with it before your first appointment. I also recommend joining from a quiet, private location where you feel comfortable speaking openly.
